Optometry School

 

The introduction of this optometry programme is in keeping with the Trinidad and Tobago’s government Vision 2020 Plan of providing primary health care for all. It is also in keeping with the World Health Organization’s strategic plan for Vision 2020: THE RIGHT TO SIGHT, as part of a global initiative for the elimination of avoidable blindness.
